Somebody’s eyes are a little too big for her free time. But they all looked so good!
Question one: Which should I read first–The Paris Wife or A Moveable Feast? I feel like I should read Hemingway first. It’s sort of like reading the book before you see the movie. Which reminds me, you all have only 147 days to read (or re-read) The Hobbit.
Question two: Have any of you read any of these? I need to know where to start.
If any of these seem suited for book club, let me know.
P.S.
You can make sweet potato fries for me anytime!
A Moveable Feast! I read it while I was in France and it was perfect. Be prepared for some sadness and some harshness (it is Hemingway, after all) but vivid scenes and such a portrait of Paris . . . oh, I want to go back just thinking about it!
Erica–I just started it two nights ago! I would be farther in, but the Olympics are way too engrossing right now. Thanks for the comment!
