day 9: the problem

 

The problem is not avoiding sugar. The problem is avoiding substitutes for sugar. Today’s substitutes include fresh bread, breadsticks, pita chips with goat cheese, and warm malted milk (unsweetened). Did you notice I didn’t say veggies?
